    • Dynamic (horizontal swim on breath hold with fins) 30 meters
    • Freedive to 12 meters deep
    • Safety and rescue proficiency
    • 80% on written exam online

Wave 2

Molchanovs Wave 2 Course

  • Five day course includes 5 open water sessions, 1-2 pool sessions 
  • Learn the skills necessary to get you to 24-30m including advanced equalization technique, free fall, visualization and dive management
  • Breathwork, restorative yoga and sound healing sessions
  • Option to try Molchanovs fiberglass and carbon fins
  • 10% off Molchanovs equipment
